Pumpkin Bread
Roast a suger pie pumpkin
Microwave 10min, then 45min in oven @350*. Purée flesh. (or get canned)
Combine
1 ¾ cup pumpkin purée
½ cup brown sugar
3 eggs
Add
2 ¼ cups flour
1 ⅔ cups sugar
1 ½ tsp baking powder
¾ tsp: baking soda, salt, cinnamon
¼ tsp: nutmeg, ginger
¼ t. baking soda
½ t. salt
Pinch cloves
Bake
@325 60-75min for loaf, 25mins for muffins
